Clinically structured for longitudinal care with significant component of chronic disease management. Evolving team based practice with addition of full-time social worker and an array of community resources available to support chronic disease management.

诊所由六个全职家庭practices well supported by an excellent and experienced MOA team. Clinic is modern, well-equipped using Med Access EMR since 2005. Clinic houses a large treatment room equipped for excisions, suturing, dressing changes and casting. X-ray/ultrasound, Lifelabs, pharmacy and physiotherapy contained within the same building. Clinic provides opportunity for medical teaching with a long history of medical student/residents training at the clinic. Hospital work is optional including obstetrics available at local hospital in Duncan. Visiting specialists in pediatrics, urology and dermatology located within clinic. The regional medical community has established an excellent Division of Family Practice to advocate and support family practices within very collegial medical community.

Mill Bay has excellent recreational opportunities. We are a 45 minute drive from downtown Victoria. Community is home to two of Canada's preeminent private high schools.

May be eligible for additional remuneration in accordance with the Rural Subsidiary Agreement (RSA) including:

Recruitment Incentive - $10,000; Relocation - up to a maximum of $15,000; Fee Premium – 4.2%; Annual Flat Fee - $4,834.80; Rural CME starting of $2,200/annum in years 3 & 4, to a maximum of $4,400 after 4 years in the community.
