Assisted Living is offered in a 3-storey apartment-style building conveniently located near the downtown area of Sooke that is close to stores, banks, pharmacies and physicians.
The Ayre Manor Lodge Complex Care Facility and Ayre Manor Independent Living Units are also on the same site.
Access to subsidized assisted living units is through a Community Health Services assessment.

There is a common dining room on first floor with private dining room attached for special occasions. Lounges and laundry facilities for personal use are located on each floor. The hair salon on first floor. There is a patio off of the main dining room with a walking path around the building.
Tenants must be 55+ years of age.
Located in Sooke, 5 blocks to retail shops, 3 blocks to the pharmacy and 3 blocks to the bus stop.

Power wheelchairs and scooters (frequent use) can be accommodated in main floor suites. Scooter storage and convenient charging stations in corridors next to apartments.
