You may be referred to a Physical Therapist (PT) or Occupational Therapist (OT) if you:

  • have a physicial disability
  • are recovering from surgery or a stay in hospital
  • need rehabilitation or therapy to stay at home.

They will work with you to maintain or improve your physical independence and safety.
